The Following is for people who know how to browse web pages (use the internet) but want to know how to do what you like with it (OR "beginners" and/or Internet Explorer users)

There are things called "browsers" and they let you use the internet (your using one right now).
Here are a list of browsers (not in a specific order)
"Microsoft Internet Explorer"
"Mozilla Firefox"
"Apple Safari"
"Opera Software Opera"
"Google Chrome"

Those are the biggest browsers on earth right now, And I'm going to explain the pros and cons of them.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

pros- ready to use in every pc- can access deep into microsoft.com

cons- crash happy(it's unreal)- slow(a lot slower than what I use)-most viruses are coded to enter through it-difficult to customize-can only use on windows os

Mozilla Firefox

pros- constant update for safety- thousands of possible add ons- compatible with Windows,Mac,and most Linux os (debian linux uses Iceweasel which is crappily put together)-free non profit-can edit by self- can add your own code to Mozilla so everyone can browse as good as you- easy to use- easy to customize in everyway-can browse you computers hard drive

cons- cannot go deeply into microsoft.com

Apple Safari

pros- comes ready to use in every macintosh- good for ipeople who have trouble with what Steve Jobs didn't say- no virus will ever pass it (mac only)

cons- everything is so shiny it slows most non macs- DO NOT USE ON WINDOWS IF YOU HAVE DIAL-UP- cannot go deeply into microsoft.com

Opera software Opera

pros- free (like every other browser)- uncommon- compatible with Windows os, Nintendo consoles, Micro pc phones (like the blackberry or the knock offs that blackberry haters use (I use a cheapo phone))

cons- whos is... wait whats opera??? I'm confused!- cannot go deeply into microsoft.com

Google Chrome

pros- simple easy fast (even Steve Jobs and Bill gates can use it)- all computer compatible- made by Google (everybody loves them)- browse anonymously- special for google.com, myspace.com,youtube.com,blogger.com.- great for dial-up

cons- beta- cannot go deeply into microsoft.com

company made dial-up browsers

if you have att&yahoo/aol/ other than you are shafted with one of these

pros- internet accsess

cons- worse than microsoft internet explorer in so many ways

to use another browser on these resrtictive connection plans you need to simply open the company browser at the same time you wish to use preferred browser and viola

Not enough space on your screen to view a page? toggle fullscreen--> press F11

Want to save everything on your screen right now double press "Ctrl" and " Prt Scrn/Sys Rq"

open tab "Ctrl" "T"

save any picture (this is if you save as a picture but it saves as an internet document)
Right click on pic (Ctrl click for mac) click "save image as" save the name as example.jpg
if it is not saved as .jpg then it won't work because thats all it is
